Before You Book — Please Read
In order to determine the exact issue and provide an accurate repair estimate, we need to inspect the device in person.
We charge a $40 non-refundable diagnostic fee. If the device is repairable and you decide to proceed with the repair, the $40 is applied toward the final repair cost — you only pay the remaining balance.

Once payment is sent, take a screenshot of the confirmation and email it to moneytalkswirelessmail@gmail.com along with your completed mail-in form and contact information.
3. Package the device securely
Send only the device itself — do not include phone cases, SIM cards, SD cards, chargers, or accessories.

As soon as we receive both the paperwork and your device, we begin the diagnostic process and contact you with the results as soon as possible. If the device is not repairable, or if you decide not to proceed with the repair, we can either ship it back to the address you provide or recycle it for you upon request.
